The copies will be emailed to the address associated with your account. Please note that certified copies that are purchased online do not have a raised seal that some entities may require. To purchase a certified copy with a raised seal, or if you cannot locate the document you need or cannot view the image, please visit the appropriate department in person or use the Request/Credit Card Authorization Form.
