Thank a Veteran Program Business Enrollment Form

The Harris County Clerk’s Office is providing an opportunity for business owners to participate in the Thank A Veteran Discount Program. The program shows our appreciation for veterans that carry our Veteran Photo Discount Card or their Military I.D.

A listing of those participating businesses and the discounts will be displayed here. Our website will be updated monthly and periodic email blasts will be sent to all veterans enrolled to make sure they have a current business list. Discounts may be a percentage off the sale amount, a specific dollar amount, or another type of incentive like a gift or a gift card.

Enrollment is ongoing and we ask that, as a participating business, you give our office a 30-day written notice if you plan to withdraw from the program. Notices can be submitted using this contact form.

Please use this form to enroll your business in our "Thank A Veteran" Discount Program. Be sure to include the official name, address, hours and discount specifications of the business. Please provide a valid email as additional information about the program will be sent here. The form MUST be filled out by the business owner or authorized person on behalf of the said business.
